How do we charge out our removalist services?
We work on an hourly system so you only pay for how much you need, with the only possible additional cost being for from travel time from our nearest depot– and of course we’ll advise of this additional cost beforehand in our quote to you.
How does insurance work?

While our insurance is among the best in the industry, we recommend considering “Accidental Insurance” for the most comprehensive coverage. This type of insurance cannot be purchased by a removalist company, but it is readily available to you. ‘Carts Insurance’ is a trusted provider in this field. Do you move big furniture items?
Large items are not a problem for us! When it’s too big for your car, it’s probably not safe for you to transport it yourself. We have ample-sized trucks and removalists with large-item lifting experience to ensure it gets safely to where it needs to be.
(Please note that for single item pick-ups, a fixed price can be arranged.)
What about heavy items?
Although we pride ourselves in being able to safely move most furniture items, we don’t move items such as grand pianos, pool tables, pizza ovens and industrial white goods (fridges etc) as they are a safety concern for our staff. If you have any questions and feel items can be moved safely, please contact our friendly staff and send some photos our way for us to make an informed decision.
